With our permanent baking mats made of Teflon-coated special fiberglass, we offer you a reusable and sustainable alternative to conventional baking paper. With these oven mats you can bake as often as you like and avoid unnecessary waste. The baking mats are designed for several hundred baking cycles. With a heat resistance of up to 260°C, they guarantee environmentally conscious baking.

The baking mats can be easily washed with water and detergent.

Attention: Please note that cutting is not allowed on the permanent baking mat!

Why use a permanent baking mat? What’s bad about conventional baking paper anyway?

Baking paper is a coated paper, the most common non-stick coating of which is silicone, so it is not recyclable . Since we can only use baking paper once in most cases, it poses a bigger recycling problem for our environment than many of us realize. Thus, our permanent baking mat not only protects the environment, but also your wallet.

Can you recycle a permanent baking mat?

The permanent baking mat can be in use for many years and thus saves a large amount of conventional baking paper, which is usually coated with a silicone layer.
In principle, the baking mat made of glass fiber and Teflon can be disposed of in the residual waste, as it can be incinerated by our waste facilities without leaving any residue.
