Our Buckfast queens are bred according to the principles of Brother Adam – with the aim of promoting strong, calm and sustainable beekeeping.

Mating takes place at a regional mating station, which is operated by the responsible beekeeping association as part of a VSH breeding program. There, specifically selected drone colonies with good hygienic characteristics are used.
