Black nougat (Provençal nougat)

This nougat is prepared with 46% lavender honey and almonds from Provence, which gives it its characteristic flavor. The secret of a tooth-friendly black nougat is to use a lot of almonds (53%). Traditionally produced by our partner beekeeper Reynier in the heart of Provence. Content: min. 90g per piece (as this is not a machine production, considerable weight differences are to be expected)
